Support Policy
  • Through direct communication between students and teachers or the school’s public relations coordinator via WhatsApp, phone call, or via the electronic technical support link.
  • If the teacher or public relations coordinator is unable to deal with the problems, he/she directs them to the school’s systems administrator, through the technical support link, or through direct contact (mobile phone call – WhatsApp)
