Al Batool Virtual International School (BVIS) and Al Forgan Private School – Virtual American Program (FVAS) high school Program is an interactive, self-paced, flexible, and success-driven for students ranging from 10th through 12th grade. Students enrolled in our high school can expect to take 8 credits a school year depending upon credits needed to earn a diploma as well as student preference.

Our High School Program provides flexibility and ease while allowing students the opportunity to personalize their education. With over a hundred different high school courses available, students, with the help of an academic advisor, can craft an education that best suits their individual needs and goals. For example, college-bound students can take our honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses to help them be more competitive university applicants or career-bound students can take our electives that align with their career goals.

Through our courses and through the guidance of our dedicated instructors, students in this program will reach a new level of independent thinking, responsibility, and confidence that will stick with them beyond our schools!

We hope you consider joining our high school!

Support for Parents

At the high school level, it’s important that you are able to stay involved in your student’s education.

We’ll make sure you can easily monitor your student. You’ll get a weekly progress report via email that includes an overview of how your student is doing in each of their courses.  This report also includes detailed information about your student’s grades and how much time they have spent on course activities.

If you have concerns about your student’s progress, you can contact your student’s teacher and academic counselor for support.

If you’d like to keep other adult advocates informed of your student’s progress, we can make sure they get the weekly progress report too.

Engaging Curriculum

We won’t overload your student with long pages of text to read. Instead, to reach all kinds of learners, we make sure to address different learning styles. Your student is asked to watch, listen, read, interact, practice, and create.

Supports are built right into the course to help your student when they struggle. Examples of these supports include videos that bring concepts to life, keyword definitions, and low-stakes assessments that allow him to review what he’s learned before moving on to a scored activity.
