Technical Support Policy for Students and Parents

Available from the e-mail link in the student’s personal page on the Learning Platform
Support Policy
  • Through direct contact between students and teachers or public relations coordinator for the school via WhatsApp or Calling or via the online technical support link.
  • If the teacher or the public relations coordinator is unable to deal with the problems, they will direct them to the systems administrator for the school, through the technical support link, or through direct contact (mobile phone call – WhatsApp)
